The client’s brief at The Landsdown Cheltenham was to provide a covered seating area to enhance an already successful external terrace.

A decorative metal and glass canopy was the design solution. Meliora coordinated the works in a restrictive site area with minimal impact on the clients trading patterns and delivered a quality development that met with the clients expectations.
