Melissa


Melissa is passionate about providing the highest standards of workmanship and safety, while also retaining the personal service that comes from working with a family business.

Melissa oversees all aspects of project management, from the initial client briefing to the final, snag-free handover. She is committed to delivering top-quality projects on time and on budget, and she is always available to micro-manage each project from start to finish.

In addition to working with some of the largest pub companies in the UK, Melissa also enjoys helping independent businesses achieve their design goals. She has a keen passion for interiors and all things creative, and she relishes any opportunity to get involved in the design process.

Before joining Meliora & Inndecs, Melissa worked as an insight planner and advertising revenue analyst at News UK. She graduated from the University of East London in 2007 with a BA Honours in Business & Fashion marketing.

Joe


Joseph heads up the site management division. As a highly skilled and experienced site manager with a keen eye for detail, he ensures that all of Melioras’ projects are completed to the highest standards of finish, within the given deadlines.

He is also responsible for ensuring that disruption to the client’s trade is kept to a minimum. He is the direct contact for the premises managers who live and work on site and is always available to answer their questions and address any concerns they may have.

Joseph took his City & Guilds Level 3 carpentry diploma in 2017, which solidified his 10 years of site experience. He is passionate about delivering the highest standards of workmanship and safety and has a deep understanding of the construction process and is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service.

Before becoming a director in 2011, Joseph worked as an operative for Inndecs for 4 years. Prior to this he undertook an electrical apprenticeship and qualified as an electrician in 2007.

Hannah


Hannah is the office manager where she heads up the administration, accounting, and HR divisions. Her impeccable organizational skills keep the office running smoothly, and she also plays an essential role in the project management team by procuring site materials and booking trades. She ensures that the site managers have the most up-to-date information, which allows the company to be flexible and responsive to client needs.

Hannah is also responsible for cultivating long-standing relationships with the company’s stakeholders. She is the first point of contact for design companies that work with Inndecs, from initial briefing meetings to final handover.

In addition to refurbishment services, Inndecs also provides essential repairs and maintenance to some of its largest clients. Hannah coordinates any emergency and large repairs on behalf of the clients, using the company’s large network of subcontractors to minimize disruption to trade.

Hannah has a creative eye and enjoys getting involved in projects with independent clients, where Inndecs can provide design advice and help with ideas creation.
